Come learn a new craft at Crafty Adults!

Curious to know how bars of soap are made? Join us to learn the basics of cold-process soap making with The Wright Soapery! You'll also get to make and take home your own mini bar of scented soap. Crafters of all skill levels are welcome!

About the Instructor: The Wright Soapery is a small batch, palm oil-free, artisan soap company located in Urbana, Illinois.  Soap is their passion and they are committed to providing you with the highest quality bath soaps that look and smell great, but most importantly feel great on your skin.

Registration opens  April 1 at 9:00 am (closes April 11). Registration is required. 


These workshops are very popular and "sell out" quickly. Here are the details:

  • This class is limited   to 24 participants.
  • There is a small waitlist    in case there are last-minute cancellations.
  • Craft supplies    are provided. 
  • Light Refreshments will be provided for "Happy Hour" from 6:00-6:30 pm.
  • Instruction will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. 
  • We do recommend  wearing long sleeves and closed toe shoes.   We will provide goggles and gloves.
