Join us at the library for coffee, socializing, and learning something new.

Got shoe boxes of old photos, slides, or VHS tapes collecting dust? In this session you'll learn how you can digitize your family memories using equipment and supplies you can get locally - no tech degree required. We'll walk through best practices, share real examples, and help you avoid common mistakes so you can preserve your history and favorite memories with confidence. 

David Needham is on the Board of Trustees of the Champaign County History Museum and volunteers in the library's Studio space with middle schoolers doing 3D printing, crafts, and D&D. David is also the founder of Story Tech Media  where he helps families capture their stories and preserve their history through family interviews, videography, and digitizing vintage media.
