About the Presenter: Melissa Wilhem is a 17-year Recruitment Professional with over 20 years of leadership experience. She has managed recruiters nationwide and has been a support liaison and trainer focused on recruitment efforts, selection, interviewing, staff retainment, and employee relations.
Melissa is originally from Champaign-Urbana and has made strong connections. Her passion is building business through strong client relationships and developing her staff to be most efficient for those we assist.
