The library offers computers for all ages at both branches, with free access to the internet. A library or computer guest card is required.
Our computers are Windows 7, with 23" monitors and DVD+/-RW. Available browsers are IE, Firefox, and Chrome. Available software includes Microsoft Office 2016 Pro, Photoscape, iTunes, Windows DVD Maker , Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, and Adobe Reader.
The library offers four Creation Stations with dual 24" Dell Ultrasharp Infinity edge monitors. In addition to the standard software listed above, these computes have Acrobat Pro CC | Adobe Illustrator CC | Adobe InDesign CC | Adobe Lightroom CC | Adobe Photoshop CC | Adobe Premier Pro CC | GIMP | Blender | Scratch | Sketchup. Each comes with a Wacom Intuos small digitizer, and a Silhouette CAMEO is available. Reservations must be made at the 2nd floor Information Desk.
Age-appropriate games are installed on the Children’s computers.
The library offers two computers with ZoomText. Dvorak keyboard and Big Track Super mouse also available at 2nd floor "Ask Here" desk.
iPads with age-appropriate games are available in our Children’s area and Teenspace at the Main Library, and at the Circulation Desk at the Douglass Branch.

From new bestsellers to older classics, historical fiction to literary nonfiction, we have a kindle to suit your taste. You’ll find Kindles-to-Go at the second floor Ask Here desk, at the Children's and Teenspace desks at the Main Library, and at the Circulation desk at the Douglass Branch.
We offer Chromebooks to use at the Main Library. You can check out a Chromebook at the Ask Here desk on the second floor. In addition, a Chromebook is available for use in the Children’s area for parents with young children.
