Josh Cutler, Partner & Senior Advisor: Josh earned a degree in Finance with a specialization in financial planning from Eastern Illinois University. After three years working with a regional wealth management firm, Josh joined Bluestem in early 2014 and discovered his passion for fee-only financial planning. Josh is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, IRS Enrolled Agent and NAPFA Registered Financial Advisor. He is driven to help clients remove worry from their financial lives through a hands-on, objective approach to financial planning. He believes in helping clients build a strong financial foundation that leads to financial independence and peace of mind. In addition to his work with clients, Josh takes an active role in mentoring and training new advisors and student interns.

Sue Plisch, Financial Planning Resident: Sue is passionate about walking alongside others as they journey toward peace of mind and confidence surrounding money. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Illinois. Her career path includes experience as a mathematics instructor, ESL teacher and tax professional. Sue completed coursework at the College for Financial Planning and has passed the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ exam.
