About the Presenter: Joshua Ford is a lecturer at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. At Kelley, Joshua teaches in the Communication, Professional, and Computer Skills department where he guides students in the creation of their personal brand and development of communication and networking skills. Joshua received his Masters Degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University where he developed a passion for best practices in conflict resolution and restorative practices.
