The Business of Podcasting // Cancelled

Live Webinar
Mon, Jun 7, 2021
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Join "the Erins", the hosts from the hit podcast, "This Podcast Will Kill You" and learn about the benefits of creating a podcast for you or your business.

Update 6/3/2021: Thank you for your interest! We have had to cancel this webinar and are hoping to reschedule.

Why should businesses start a podcast? What's the benefit? How could it work out for you financially? If you don't have a business, is podcasting a viable venture?

The New York Times posted on March 6, 2019, stating that “More than half of the people in the United States have listened to one, and nearly one out of three people listen to at least one podcast every month.” There are many benefits to business owners creating an informative and engaging podcast. It allows you to reach a larger audience, make meaningful connections, increase your web traffic by providing inexpensive marketing, and more! Starting a podcast about something you're passionate about can also be a great way to make money through sponsorship and ads.

The Erins are co-creators and co-hosts of the podcast, “This Podcast Will Kill You,” an award-winning podcast that explores topics in public health and dives into the history, biology and current status of different infectious diseases. They will discuss how they found community and success through podcasting while providing some amazing tips and tricks for those interested in podcasting.
