About the presenter:
Attorney L. Kaye DeSelms Dent is the Managing Partner of Dent Coulson Elder Law, LLC, a downstate law firm focused on Elder Law, particularly long term care planning, special needs planning, guardianships, and estate and trust planning. She is an active member of and serves on the board for the Illinois chapter of NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys) and also serves on the board of the Children’s Advocacy Centers of Illinois. With offices in Effingham and O’Fallon, Kaye serves clients remotely throughout Central and Southern Illinois and resides in Champaign.
