Scott Olthoff joined Chesser Financial as a financial representative in 2011 after several years of teaching financial literacy to families in Champaign. Scott has a passion to help families learn to budget and to save. Scott grew up in a farming community in northeast Illinois and first came to the Champaign area in 1994 to work on his master’s degree at the University of Illinois.

Jennifer White spent the first fourteen years of her career serving constituents in two central Illinois congressional districts for two United States Congressmen. Earning her MBA from the University of Illinois, Jennifer developed an appreciation for economics and financial education. As a client of Chesser Financial for over ten years, Jennifer values the guidance she received from the Chesser team. She is excited to now be a part of this team as a registered representative.
