Are your customers able to find information about your business online? Have you ever wondered how they find it and why they might choose you over your competitors?
Engage with your customers online and provide an easy way for them to connect and learn about your services or products through establishing a Google My Business account. Join us and learn:
- how to create a business account on Google,
- how to post photos and updates,
- why reviews can make or break your business,
- how customers connect with your services or products.
Laptops will be provided and you do not need a library card.
About the Presenter: This workshop will be led by Madeleine Wolske, Business Librarian, and Laura Reiss, Adult Services Associate and Entrepreneur.
Registration is not required, but encouraged.
