Come learn a new craft every month at Crafty Adults!
Always wanted to learn how to crochet? Join yarn expert Brigitte Pieke as she teaches you the crochet basics. Brigitte owns our local yarn emporium, Klose Knit (on Springfield Ave. in downtown Urbana). We have partnered with Klose Knit to provide some of the supplies for the kits. Crafters of all skill levels are welcome!
Craft kits have been claimed. You can download the supply list here! If multiple individuals from your household would like to participate, please sign them up individually. You will be notified if you are eligible for a kit from the library. If you are not notified, you should plan to purchase your own supplies. The library will provide you with a list of supplies needed for the project.
About the Presenter: Brigitte is a long-time crochetier and is the owner and operator of Klose Knit in Urbana. She is very knowledgeable, personable and always ready to help you with your knit/ crochet/ yarn needs. We invite you to visit her store to enjoy fine fibers and friendly service!
