One of the key responsibilities of a nonprofit board is to ensure that the organization has enough resources to fulfill its mission. Fundraising success depends on organization-wide efforts, from the leadership of the board to the dedication of front-line staff.
Join this interactive session to:
- Consider the role the board plays in fundraising and how to best structure the organization to support this role;
- Develop an action plan to improve the culture of philanthropy in your organization;
- Introduce your board to 25 relatively painless ways that they can support your organization's development efforts.
The intended audience for this free, in-person event is nonprofit board members, nonprofit executive directors, and development staff. Space is limited; please register in advance to secure your spot.
