About the Presenter: Cindy Chestnut, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is Director, Human Resources & Workforce Development at the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy in the DC Metro area. She spent several years as an HR practitioner in the Champaign-Urbana community with experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Cindy holds two bachelor’s degrees—Finance and Business Education, and has senior level human resource credentials from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Cindy believes in putting the “human” in human resources and enjoys providing opportunities for individuals to grow and develop their potential.
