About the Expert: Mark Pelmore is a former military 'train the trainer' and primary & secondary level educator, prior to becoming a training & development professional as an entrepreneur. Mark is the co-founder of Business Elevator, where they provide training & development consultations, in-training process documentation, and training improvement needs for individuals and organizations. Mark has written and published over 30 curriculum books for Lincoln & Hill.
