Learn the basics of video editing using the free online Canva platform to create videos.

You'll learn to combine clips to make a short digital video. At the end of the workshop, you'll understand principles of editing, pacing, and timing and use Canva's tools for trimming, sequencing, and transitioning scenes.

About the Presenter

David Needham is on the Board of Trustees of the Champaign County History Museum and volunteers in the library's Studio space with middle schoolers doing 3D printing, crafts, and D&D. David Needham is the founder of Story Tech Media where he helps families capture their stories and preserve their history through family interviews, videography, and digitizing vintage media.
