Sean Baird is an owner of Watson's Chicken Shack & Rail, a fine-casual chicken shack, bar, & restaurant in downtown Champaign. Sean got his entrepreneurial start co-owning Cracked: the Egg Came First food truck.
Gayle Starks is the owner of Neil St. Blues, known for their Southern- and Cajun-inspired food, live music, and dancing. She comes from an entrepreneurial background and was voted People's Choice at the 2020 Artisan Cup & Fork experience.
