• Identify your customer demographic: how much money they make, where they live, and what they value;
• Understand what your customers want, their buying behavior, how to market to them, and generate a profitable advantage;
• Start developing your marketing plan.

This workshop is not just for those who want to start a business or nonprofit, but also for those who want to reevaluate their current enterprise and grow.

Laptops will be provided and you do not need a library card.
