Money For Your Business: Resource Fair & Info Session

Wed, Jan 30, 2019
5:30 pm – 8:30 pm

You have a great idea for a business, now how will you pay for it?

Loans, grants, venture capital, crowdfunding--with so many different options, it can seem virtually impossible to make an informed decision. Never fear! We've assembled a top-notch group of speakers, panelists, and service providers to help you find a source that's right for you and your business.

Stop by between 5:30-6:30 pm and browse our resource fair, where you can check out a variety of uniquely local funding opportunities for small businesses. At 6:30, our expert speakers will give an overview of four different funding sources: the city incentive programs, commercial loans, venture capital, and SBIR grants. Afterward, we'll hear from a panel of local entrepreneurs about their experiences seeking and receiving a variety of funding types including loans, venture capital, SBIR grants, and crowdfunding.

Registration is recommended. Resource providers who are interested in participating should contact Stephanie Pitts-Noggle directly at spitts-noggle@champaign.org or at (217) 403-2078.

Registration is closed.
