How do you have those tricky chats on uncomfortable subjects at work?

Attend the second part of this two-part discussion for some ideas on how to talk about those hard conversations on the job. This discussion will include how to use conflict resolution to establish and re-establish trust in any relationship, tips on how to manage upward using intentional conversations and effective conflict resolution. We will also talk about some difficult conversations we have all faced recently and how to handle them. Just bring your lunch and questions! We look forward to seeing you there.

About the Presenter:

Kevin is a certified Myers-Briggs and Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner.
