Now more than ever, securing a job means demonstrating why you are the right person for that job, and this requires emotional intelligence. Motivational speaker, facilitator and coach Janice Aull will discuss ways to develop your emotional intelligence skills and use them in your job search to the greatest effect.

About the Presenter:   Janice Aull with Aull About U has a passion for coaching people on how they can develop their Emotional Intelligence skills.

With 30 years of experience in a corporate environment, including over 13 years managing both hourly and salary employees, Janice now partners with a wide variety of organizations to design and deliver professional and organizational development solutions.

As a motivational speaker, facilitator, and coach, Janice believes in a results-oriented performance-improvement focus; equipping learners with the mindset and an understanding that effective people don’t suppress or buy into inner experiences or feelings, they approach and leverage them in a mindful, productive way.

Janice is also a faculty member with the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management where she teaches Effective Leadership, Organizational Communication, Workforce Diversity, and facilitates customized Corporate Learning Solutions programs.

Janice has a Master’s degree in Facilitating Human Performance Improvement through DePaul University and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning through Boise State University. She is also a certified coach thorough Corporate Coach U.
