Come and learn about the lived experiences of African Americans in Champaign County through the oral histories found in the Doris K. Wylie Hoskins Archive.

Enjoy the opportunity to listen to stories from the archive and share conversation with an engaging group of community leaders who will contextualize these historical gems.

Presented in partnership with the Museum of the Grand Prairie, the Champaign County African-American Heritage Trial, and the Champaign Park District. This event will take place as a part of CU Days in the Park (Aug 12-13).
