Start + Grow Your Nonprofit

Where is your nonprofit going and how will it get there? A strategic plan serves as a roadmap for nonprofit leaders, staff, and board members to assess progress towards goals over a specified time period and creates strategic alignment across organizational stakeholders. Many organizations struggle with strategic planning, not knowing why, where or how to start. In this Board Bootcamp session, you will learn:

- Key components of nonprofit strategic planning;

- Why a strategic plan is beneficial to your organization in multiple ways;

- How to prepare for and begin a strategic plan;

- Who to include in the process and how to engage them to enhance your planning effectiveness. Presented in partnership with the Community Foundation of East Central Illinois and DeLuce Consulting.
