Illustrator Jillian Nickell: Insect Superpowers
Join us for an art lesson with illustrator Jillian Nickell.
Jillian will talk about how she created the artwork for her new book, “Insect Superpowers: 18 Real Bugs that Smash, Zap, Hypnotize, Sting, and Devour.” Then she’ll show us how to draw our own super bugs. A book signing will follow. Illini Union Bookstore will be onsite to sell Nickell’s books. Plus meet real insects provided by the Entomology Graduate Student Association of the University of Illinois.
