Questions about parenting? We can help!

Little people and big people experience stress and big feelings. Mindfulness practices can help. We will share practices, show tools, and highlight research findings. You will leave the session with awareness and strategies that you can practice wherever you go! We look forward to having fun being mindful together. Presented by team members from the Family Resiliency Center.

Enjoy refreshments and time to chat before and after the presentation, plus ask questions. Part of the Growing Together series for parents.
