This collaborative program will address various conflict styles seen in the workplace, include a self-assessment, and then we will discuss tips on how to recognize our own behaviors and patterns when faced with conflict. Just bring your lunch and questions!
About the Presenter: Cat Purcell is a Career Librarian at the Champaign Public Library. Having worked in non-profits and for-profits alike, Cat regularly guides people through effective resume and cover letter crafting and preparing for interviews.
