Explore the ancient art of Tai Chi
Rooted in ancient Chinese martial arts, Tai Chi is a set of exercises that cultivate balance, flexibility, joint health, vitality and mindfulness.
During March and April we will learn the eight-movement Tai Chi form along with a basic introduction to seated and standing meditation.
Chairs are provided so patrons of all abilities and mobility are encouraged to attend.
