AARP Tax-Aide, Senior Services of Champaign County

AARP Tax-Aide service is offered yearly February through April. This free service can answer most of the tax issues faced by middle and low income taxpayers, 60 and older. Volunteers are trained by the IRS, through a Tax-Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) grant

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program

University of Illinois' VITA program offers FREE tax assistance to low to moderate income, elderly, limited English speaking taxpayers, and those with disabilities.
Appointments required. Appointments can be made Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning at 6 pm. Appointments are limited and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Open February 18th through April 9th
