Meet at the Library

Our Main Library has five meeting spaces available free of charge to Champaign non-profits. For-profit groups are charged a fee. Please review our meeting room policy for important details before requesting a room. Then use our online request system.

Please Note…

  • Groups may have only one event reserved at a time. Once your event is over, you may request a room again.
  • Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance, but no less than 48 hours before the event.
  • Options for standard chair/table arrangements can be seen in the online booking system after you choose a room and a time. Custom set-up costs $25.
  • To keep our library looking neat and clean, please keep all tables and chairs inside your room. Signs also may not be placed outside your room.
  • Please do not attach anything to the walls or chair rail. To display items, bring your own floor easels.

Robeson Pavilion Rooms

Rooms A & B, C

A projector, screen, sound system, whiteboard, and podium are available in all pavilion rooms. Bring your own laptop and AV cable to use the projector.

Kitchenette & Latte Da! Cafe

Food is allowed in the pavilion meeting rooms, but not in the second floor conference rooms.

A kitchenette in the pavilion is available for $25. Light refreshments can be served from the kitchenette. Please note that food may not be prepared at the library, and appliances for heating food or making coffee are not allowed. See details in the meeting room policy.

Pavilion rooms are also next to the Latte Da! Cafe, available for orders of coffee, soft drinks, fruit juices, water, pastries and/or box lunches. For details, check their catering menu. Call 217/356-JAVA (5282) to order at least 8 hours ahead.
