Book the library for your meeting.
The library offers a variety of beautiful meeting spaces for groups of up to 120. Meeting rooms at the library are available for an hourly fee. Review our Meeting Room Policy and reserve a room using our online reservation system. Use our online cancellation form to cancel.
WiFi and a projector are available in all our meeting rooms. We do not provide a computer or DVD player, so please bring a laptop with a VGA port. MAC users - please bring your own VGA adapter. You can connect to the projection unit using the library provided AV cables, or bring your own male to male VGA and 3.5mm standard audio cables.
To keep the library looking neat and clean, we ask that your group keep all tables and chairs inside the room you are using. Signs may not be placed in the lobby or anywhere outside your room.
To display items, you may wish to bring floor easels. Do not attach anything to the walls, doors or chair rail.
Food is not allowed in the Friends and Foundation Conference Rooms, on the second floor of the Main Library. Light refreshments may be served in the Robeson Pavilion rooms on the first floor, and in the meeting rooms at the Douglass Branch.
Please note that no heating devices are allowed, such as chafing dishes, coffee makers, crock pots, etc. Please avoid dishes prepared in sauce (lasagne, enchiladas, etc.). We suggest food such as box lunches; finger foods; vegetables, grapes, or apple slices; crackers, chips, or cheese; bagels, donuts, or cookies; and coffee in air pots.
Please leave the room clean and in good condition. If excessive cleanup or any damage repair is required following your meeting, you will be charged $60 per hour, with a minimum of $25, or the actual cost of the repair.
You are responsible for the room during your entire reserved time. If you leave early, please notify staff at the "Ask Here" desk, so we can secure the room.
