Summer
Summer is hot, smelling burnt hot dog,
and having rainy days, getting really sweaty,
thirsty to death, and please have an end to
the big sunny days, eating popsicles,
ice cream too, playing outside, getting hot hot hot
then popsicles cold cold cold, brain freeze,
having the best day ever

Summer
Temperatures rising.
Kids running around with friends.
Some decide to stay in the air conditioned house.
Poor flowers, nowhere to go but stay in the sun.
Humid air, especially after a short shower.
Many gone on vacations before school starts.
Children taking advantage to play while they have time.
Summer comes and goes quick like a popsicle melting in the sun.
